After nearly two decades of leadership experience, from organizational roles to coaching and training teams, I’ve walked alongside leaders through burnout, disruption, identity transitions, and organizational growth. I combine practical leadership frameworks, real-world experience, and relational connection to help individuals and teams move forward with confidence.
